We usually accommodate up to 3 events per day in each market. A reserved event does not necessarily close the whole day. Dates marked Fully booked are unavailable; Limited availability dates may still accept another event after staffing and equipment are confirmed. Florida and Washington capacity are separate.

Just want a proposal? Complete our event form to request a proposal with no holding fee required. A proposal request does not reserve your date. Ready to hold an available date? Submit the form, then pay the optional $200 date holding fee. We will prepare and send your proposal/invoice within 24–48 hours. Your $200 is credited toward the 25% upfront deposit on the total cost of goods and services. Pay the remaining deposit amount to accept your invoice and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Prefer ACH bank transfer? Select ACH on the event form and we will send a secure $200 Square invoice with bank-transfer payment enabled. The card/digital-wallet checkout below is a separate payment option.

Request a Proposal / Event Form Pay the $200 Holding Fee

For dates with existing reservations, contact us to confirm remaining capacity before paying. We plan 1 bartender per 60 guests for cocktail service or 1 per 100 guests for beer-and-wine-only service, rounding up. Our team records paid holds on the calendar. For events within 30 days, contact us for payment timing.
